performance training
Sports performance training is training of the body and mind to prepare the athlete for the rigors of a specific sport. It differs from personal training in that the athlete is conditioned and prepared properly to compete in their sport of choice, rather than broader general fitness.
Sport teams
Join Team DoWork! Our sport teams provides your athlete the opportunity to be coached by the best, learn and develop the necessary skills to perform at a high level. We currently have youth basketball teams and football 7v7 teams that your student-athlete can join.
Competitive Events
DoWork Sports host competitive sport events that provide athletes the opportunity to compete against other top athletes. These events are basketball tournaments and youth football camps.
